The electronic dosing machine on a rotating table is used to pot honey using a gear pump.
The machine consists of an electronic dosing head and a motorised rotating table. The electronic dosing machine is operated by a gear pump. This pump is driven by a powerful DC motor. The electronic dosing machine has a PLC with the possibility of electronically storing the various grammages to be set. The set dosage is shown on the display of the electronic dosing machine.
Unlike volumetric dosing machines, the electronic dosing machine can dose honey and products of similar density, but is not suitable for other more liquid products. It is also not possible to dose high-temperature products with the electronic filler. 
All parts that come into contact with the product to be dosed are made of stainless steel and food-grade plastic. These parts are easily removable for cleaning the machine.
