Multi-function unit on two tanks to cook, concentrate, mix and sterilize the product

in vacuum. Construction in stainless steel AISI 304, parts in contact with the

product in AISI 316.

In the first tank it is possible to cook any type of food product thanks to the heating system with

a liquid bath inter-space that distributes the heat uniformly; the second tank instead allows the

sterilization of any food product.

Although the two tanks are controlled by the same control panel, they are totally independent and can

be used simultaneously, for a greater number of daily operations.
